Acceptable Use Policy

ASCS Cloud (AS Computer Solutions d/b/a ASCS Cloud) — Last Updated: August 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited activities and resource usage rules for customers of AS Computer Solutions, operating as and doing business as ASCS Cloud. This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the Terms of Service at /terms/. All Services, including virtual private servers, cloud storage, and other infrastructure provided by AS Computer Solutions d/b/a ASCS Cloud, are provided and governed by AS Computer Solutions.

Section 1 — Prohibited Network & Host Activities

You may not use the Services, or permit any third party to use the Services, to engage in, or facilitate, any of the following activities:

The preceding list is not exhaustive. ASCS Cloud reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate any account or resource that violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Activities that are illegal, abusive, or harmful to the network or other hosts are strictly prohibited.

Section 2 — Resource Enforcement & Unilateral Suspension Rights

2.1 Monitoring and Limits

ASCS Cloud and AS Computer Solutions monitor resource usage on the infrastructure and may enforce thresholds for CPU, memory, disk, network bandwidth, and other resources. You agree to comply with any usage limits, quotas, or fair-use guidelines published by ASCS Cloud.

2.2 Enforcement

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Services is in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, that your resource usage threatens the stability or security of our infrastructure or other customers, or that you are consuming resources beyond your purchased allocation, ASCS Cloud may, without prior notice and without liability, take any or all of the following actions:

2.3 No Liability

All enforcement actions are taken at ASCS Cloud's and AS Computer Solutions' sole discretion. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or inconvenience resulting from any measure taken under this Policy. Any suspension or termination under this Section does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for Services already rendered or ordered.
